Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, subscribing to, or accessing Neural Void applications (including Sprint Scope Guard & Agile JQL Pro, Smart Defaults & DoD Guard, and JSM Outgoing Email Audit) via the Atlassian Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Licensing & Subscriptions

All subscriptions, license tiers, tier upgrades, renewals, and billing calculations are processed exclusively by Atlassian via Atlassian Marketplace billing terms. Every paid license includes a standard 30-day Free Trial provided by Atlassian.

3. Data Privacy & Zero-Egress Guarantee

Our applications execute 100% inside native Atlassian Forge serverless microVMs. We do not transmit, copy, or store customer issue data, sprint logs, or user identities on external third-party servers. All persistent data resides solely within Atlassian Forge App Storage in your tenant.

4. Support & SLA Commitments

We provide enterprise customer support in accordance with our published Service Level Agreement at neural-void.com/support.
