What you see
A sprint starts with three tasks. An urgent request arrives after the start and appears separately from the remaining pre-start work. An authorized user selects a Scope Swap: the urgent request stays, and one agreed task returns to the backlog. The app exports the current-sprint report. The team makes the priority decision.
